摘要(Abstract)：

海洋综合管理是当今世界海洋管理的新趋势,海岸带综合管理是海洋综合管理的重点之一。拉美地区海岸带综合管理发展道路曲折、经验丰富,对海洋经济发展中国家具有典型意义,因此通过对比研究拉美地区与中国浙江省沿海地区的海岸带综合管理的历史沿革、渔业、港口经济及海洋运输服务业、海洋生态与环保、管理结构与框架等领域,总结经验与教训,可以起到很好的借鉴作用。
